Our Process
Research-grade quality requires more than a purity claim. Here's exactly how every peptide we sell is produced, tested, and verified before it reaches your lab.
Synthesis & Sourcing
Every peptide is synthesized using solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) by our vetted manufacturing partners. We require documented synthesis protocols, raw material COAs, and batch records for every production run.
HPLC Purity Testing
Each batch undergoes high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis. We only release batches that achieve ≥99% purity. Results are documented in the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis available on every product page.
Mass Spectrometry Verification
Molecular identity is confirmed via mass spectrometry (MS) to verify the correct peptide sequence and molecular weight. This eliminates any risk of receiving the wrong compound.
Cold-Chain Storage
Peptides are stored lyophilized (freeze-dried) at −20°C in our climate-controlled facility. This preserves biological activity and maximizes shelf life. Heat-sensitive orders ship with ice packs and insulated packaging.
Quality Release
Before any batch ships, a quality release check confirms: purity ≥99% (HPLC), identity confirmed (MS), fill weight within ±5% of stated quantity, and packaging integrity. Failed batches are quarantined and not sold.
Every Batch Has a Certificate of Analysis
Our batch-specific COAs include HPLC chromatogram, MS data, purity percentage, molecular weight confirmation, and batch number. They're linked directly on each product page and available at any time on our COA Library.
