Shipping Information

All shipments are US domestic only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing Time

1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2 PM EST are processed the following business day.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Priority shipping: 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.95.

Cold Packaging

Heat-sensitive peptides ship with ice packs and insulated packaging at no extra charge during warm months (May–September).

Carriers

We ship via USPS (Priority Mail and First Class) and UPS. Carrier selection is based on package weight, destination, and available service at time of fulfillment. Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging. No product names, compound names, or company branding appear on the outside of any shipment. The return address will reflect our shipping facility address only.

Inside packaging includes an order summary, product vials with labeled caps, and any applicable desiccant or cold packs. Each product includes its batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) reference number.

Storage Upon Receipt

Upon receipt, store all peptides as directed on the product label:

  • Lyophilized (powder) peptides: Store at −20°C (freezer) for long-term stability. Stable at 4°C (refrigerator) for up to 3 months.
  • Do not expose peptides to repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
  • Keep away from light and moisture.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Tracking may not update immediately — allow 24 hours for the first scan to appear.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, wait one additional business day before contacting us — carrier delays in scanning are common.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and email support@axiompeptides.net within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be honored.

For lost packages (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days), contact us and we will file a carrier claim on your behalf. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier's investigation process (typically 5–10 business days).

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address change requests must be submitted within 1 hour of order placement by emailing support@axiompeptides.net with your order ID.
