1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Axiom Peptides ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website or place an order.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Axiom Peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and scientific study. Our products are:

• Not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body
• Not intended for human or animal consumption
• Not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or preventative use
• Not to be used as food, drug, dietary supplement, cosmetic, or household chemical

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or licensed professional purchasing these products for legitimate scientific research purposes only.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Axiom Peptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order we have reason to believe was placed by a minor.

4. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Axiom Peptides makes no representations regarding the legality of our products in your jurisdiction. Do not order if these products are restricted or prohibited in your location.

5. Payment

Card payments are processed by independent third-party hosted checkout providers (such as MoonPay, Ramp, or Transak) routed through VERIFIED Crypto Checkout. By placing an order, you agree to complete payment on the hosted checkout page within the time limit shown (currently 30 minutes). Orders are not confirmed until on-chain USDC settlement is received and verified.

Settlement is delivered in USDC (USD-pegged stablecoin) on the Polygon blockchain. Once settlement is confirmed on-chain, the transaction is final. Axiom Peptides is not responsible for declined card transactions, failed KYC verification at the on-ramp provider, or losses caused by misuse of the checkout flow.

6. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of research chemicals and strict quality control requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• The product was damaged in transit (photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery)
• An incorrect item was shipped (we will reship the correct item at no charge)

To initiate a claim, contact support@axiompeptides.net with your order ID and supporting documentation within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please review our Shipping Information page for full details. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" for research purposes. Axiom Peptides makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the specifications stated in our Certificates of Analysis. Purity and composition are as stated in the batch-specific COA; no further guarantees are made.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Peptides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including any damages resulting from personal injury, death, property damage, or financial loss. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Peptides, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Axiom Peptides and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
