Sermorelin
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide analogue of the first 29 amino acids of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It was the first GHRH analogue to be developed and remains one of the most extensively studied compounds in growth hormone axis research. Unlike longer-lasting analogues like CJC-1295 with DAC, sermorelin's short half-life (~10-20 minutes) preserves natural pulsatile GH release patterns, making it preferred in physiological growth hormone research.
